Our approach
1. Initial Meeting
Tell us what you have in mind, we want to hear all about your project. Our role is to capture your ideas and needs then we evaluate the feasability of your project based on your budget, timeframe and delivery.
2. Site Inspection
Following our initial conversation, a more in-depth on-site inspection is scheduled with our project manager and eventual trades. This critical step will identify eventual roadblocks or issues before your projects begin. Just like you, we don’t like surprises.
3. Design
Depending on your requirements and our site inspection evaluation, we may engage building consultants to produce the final blueprint of your project. Upon approval, you can sit back and relax; we will take care of all building approval and council submissions.
4. Construction
It’s time to hit the ground and precise coordination is at the centre of our operations. While we understand that a construction project may be sometimes overwhelming, our team is always by your side to answer all of your questions throughout this stage.
5. Delivery
Upon completion of contruction stage, our team conduct all required quality control assessments and issue all certificates to comply with the highest industry standards. For new home and renovatation and after final cleaning and inspection, it’s time for you to enjoy your new place.
